Kalinmedia provides social media marketing (SMM) services including but not limited to:

• Followers, likes, views, and comments for various social media platforms
• Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, Telegram services
• Engagement boosting and social proof services

Our services are designed to help boost visibility and social proof for your accounts.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person - multiple accounts may be suspended

4. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• Payments are processed through our approved payment methods
• Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable to your bank
• Account balance can be used for any service on our platform
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice

5. Refund Policy

• If a service cannot be completed, the amount will be refunded to your account balance
• Partial orders will receive partial refunds for the undelivered portion
• No refunds for completed orders
• No refunds if your account is private or the link is incorrect
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of order placement

6. Service Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
• Most orders begin within 0-15 minutes
• Some services may take 24-72 hours to complete
• We are not responsible for delays caused by social media platform updates
• Your account/profile must be set to PUBLIC for services to work

7. Drops & Retention

Social media platforms may remove followers, likes, or views at any time. This is outside our control.

• Services with refill guarantee will be refilled as per service description
• Services without guarantee are not eligible for refills
• Auto-refill is provided only during the guarantee period

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any illegal purposes
• Upload or promote adult, violent, or harmful content
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in our system
• Use our services to harm or harass others
• Resell our services without proper authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

• Kalinmedia is not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by social media platforms
• You use our services at your own risk
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

10. Privacy & Security

• We never ask for your social media passwords
• Your personal information is kept confidential
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• Order history is kept private

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
